Mostly I found the installation instructions not helpful even when the author took time to post them. Only way to really know for sure is to check the zip file structure and get a little familiar with the mod itself. You may have to find the particular subfolder in the games main folder to install those.
Note that I have seen a few mods that I wont list here, that are not properly set up for easy installation and on top of that you will likely have to be careful about how you install them, as in these mods dont have proper folder structure to simply dump them into the games main folder. There are plenty of others that overwriting the games base files are your only option,
Right there, and then it will show up in the mods list in the game. Some of them are actually set up properly and you can just drop them into the following folder, They are not all packaged for direct overwrite for one. Open the zip or rar file and have a look at the contents before you just toss them into the directory.
